Differential tackle
Pavliš, Jakub ; Pokorný, Prokop (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the proposal and calculation of self-locking differential tackle with hand drive. Maximum lift capacity is 670kg and lift 5,2m. It includes evolution of differential tackles and description of the structure Weston´s differential tackle. Next theoretical calculation and the calculation of chosen construction, which involves the calculation of chain, sprockets, supporting structure and assessment of limits of self-locking. Drawing documentation is included in this thesis.
Automotive differentials
Holeňa, Vít ; Píštěk, Václav (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about automotive differentials. The aim of thesis was to create an overview of various types of differentials, primarily self-locking. First chapter is dedicated to transmission of which the differential is a part of. Second chapter is about differential function in general. In third chapter, attention is paid to self-locking differentials, especially to Torsen differentials. Last of all, fourth chapter is about active differentials and systems, which help us to overcome disadvantages of differentials mentioned above.
Differential tackle
Poliak, Daniel ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and strength calculation of the differential hoist. The chain block is self-locking with a load capacity of 400 kg and a lifting height of 4750 mm. The design is projected with safety consideration to the flexibility limit state. The project also includes computational report and drawing documentation.
Differential tackles
Mahel, Pavel ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design and strength calculation of self-locking differential hoist. The hoist will have a lifting capacity of 450 kg, the maximum lifting height will be 9750 mm. After selecting a suitable type of differential hoist, the construction of individual parts follows. Furthermore, the work deals with the calculation of pulleys and self-locking assessment. Then the stressed parts of the chain block are checked. The work is accompanied by drawing documentation.
Differential tackle
Mikunda, Luboš ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with the differential tackle for 900 kg capacity and 9.5 m lift Includes selection of parts fixed and free blocks, option chains, pulleys and other functional parts. Further stress analysis of pins sprockets, side panels and hook the free blocks, drawing-based assembly and important detailů.Práce calculation includes the assessment of self-locking limit.
Differential tackle
Šoukal, Martin ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis aims to design a construction and to calculate the differential tackle with an assessment of the security and self-locking. The entered parameters are capacity 200 kg and a stroke of 5 meters. An important requirement is self-locking and perform manual service.
Differential tackle
Valach, Petr ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the calculation and construction proposal of self-locking differential tackle with lifting capacity of 600 kg and lift of 3.7 m. After a short division of tackles according to various criteria and their description is followed by a more detailed description of the chosen construction of the differential tackle. The thesis includes the calculation of the sprockets according to the relevant norm, the choice of the chain, bearing selection, assessment limits and safety self-locking and important strength calculations taking into account the manual manipulation. There is the drawing documentation according to the topic of the bachelor’s thesis.
Animation of force relations on power screw
Jonáš, Tom ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Hartl, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with creating animations in program Cinema 4D. The animations show what forces are generated during nut movements along the moving bolt, also show self-locking conditions and geometry between forces. These animations will be used for educational purposes for students, for a better understanding of the issue, and for a better idea of spatial distribution of forces. The thesis describes the software environment and the process of creating particular animations.
A new technology of a machined part
Reňák, Antonín ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The fully fashioned master’s thesis within the frame of the master’s study at the Faculty of mechanical engineering is focused on manufacture problems of complex shaped tool specifically for splitting of wood. In the thesis the concept of construction of the tool is analysed with emphasis on correct and efficient functionality. Large emphasis is laid on the analyse of action of force on the gusset and the analyse of conditions of self-locking. This knowledge is applied to the concept of construction of the tool. In the next part the procedure of manufacture is drafted with specification of suitable tools and machines. Then CNC program is elaborated with using of parametrical programming with mathematical function. Then finally the valuation of theoretical results with real production semiautomatic lathe SPN 12 CNC with operation system Simumerik 810D, SPN 12 CNC.
